For safety and convenience, we prefer Credit Card & Paypal as our main payment method.

Once an order is submitted, it will be processed as soon as possible. Therefore, changes/cancellations can only be done within 12 hours after you placed the orders. If orders in the process of producing or shipping, orders can NOT be canceled and design can NOT be changed.
Before shipping, orders need 3-5 business days for production, including processing and packaging.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary. Once the order is sent out, it takes 8-15 business days – Standard Shipping – to reach your shipping address.
The products offered on our website are available for delivery worldwide.

Delivery price

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and shipping method. To find out how much your order will cost in total, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Once you have entered your shipping information, the next page will show you the shipping costs.

Delivery time

Delivery time are estimated and start from the date of delivery, not the date of order. The expected delivery time does not include days of receipt of the shipment Saturdays, Sundays and public and religious holidays, which are celebrated in the country of dispatch as well as in the country of destination. The expected transfer time does not include the time the shipment may be held at customs.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to prepare your order within 3 working days of the order date

We deliver our products from Serbia. Refusal to pay any applicable customs duty is not grounds for a refund.

Return and Exchange Policy

It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transit, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment, ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
